in Tripoli, Libya - Dr. Nasser Abouzakhar is the founder of ITS. Internet
& Web security and management, natural language processing (NLP),
quality assurance, international business and management, Tamazight studies,
e-learning, e-Commerce, e-Democracy, e-Government or simply e-Everything
are areas of his interest. His research papers, published in many internationl
journals and conferences. Also, he is a reviewer for serveral international
journals and conferences such as IEEE, GLOBECOM and ECIS. He was also
a member of the Engineers Without Boarders (EWB) organisation at the University
of Sheffield branch as a public relations officer. 2008 To Present - Visiting Lecturer at the University

Nasser is a BCS (British Computer Society) chartered information technology professional (CITP), and a member of the BCS, the Society for Libyan Studies, UK and the Literati Club which represents the research publication interests of the publisher Emerald and its members. He was awarded the PCHE (Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education) in Sept, 2003 from the University of Sheffield.

| Professional Honour: In 2003, awarded (The Donn B Parker Award) in London, from the publisher Emerald as a result of the selection for his paper titled “An Intelligent Approach to Prevent Distributed Systems Attacks”. This paper is published at The Journal of Information Management and Computer Security (JIM&CS), Volume 10, Issue 5, October 2002, pp. 203 - 209. It has been selected as the most “Outstanding Paper” in the 2002 volume by Emerald Literati Club Awards for Excellence 2003, UK.
