This project aims to study and investigate the state-of-the-art Internet-based
TV technologies and mechanisms such as Web 2.0, Podcast, Webcast, Videocast,
Video Blogs, Webinar...etc so to come up with a complete plan for designing,
implementing and managing the Libo Amazigh TV channel. This Internet-based

to all Imazighen. Today, with maturing digital video production, the advent
of fully-featured Internet TV, and significant advances in streaming video
technologies, Internet TV is a growing area and will be a critical part
of every society in the years to come. It will also very rapidly become
a huge challenge to communities who would like to provide such services
to their memebers as Internet TV will revolutionize television the way
we watch it today. This project represents a road map to:

TV programmes such as news, films, music, documentary programmes ...etc
to the Tamazight speaking society in general and Libyans in particular.
- allow media professionals to develop and stream
more effective video content and hence to maximize the targeted Imazighen
audience
- help developing, produce and broadcast "live"
interactive events for education, training seminars, conference and
many other interesting shows. For example, to develop educational programmes
